The Vortex is an extremely versatile vehicle. It can go on land, water, and even air. To get the Vortex to "fly," simply hold the button that you use to pull-up on any other airplane and you will see the nose pull up. (It is much easier to practice flying the Vortex by going off Mt. Chiliad.)
