About Congested

Congested is the name of a player/administrator on the Chillpoint "special" server. He is, from time to time "congested" and has been known to speak of himself in the third person when editing user bios of himself on wiki pages. In real life he is is a 25 year old who is studying.

About the name

Congested used the name "iPop" when he originally played in Chillpoint in May or June, long before it had RP classes. The first time he joined the server (as iPop) xxx thought he was using health cheats and tested him to make sure he wasn't, but after that it was smooth sailing. Many people called him iPod and that annoyed him and by July, 2006 he was using his current name on Chillpoint. Congested is usually not congested in real life, but again, the day he used the name he was.

Admin Status

A player for several months prior, congested was granted admin status by Hans on August 24th, 2006. He has since moved on to a greater leadership role within the community, helping oversee many issues and concerns on both the server and website.

RP Character

Congested role plays as different roles at different times. He has been known to play as a cop, hitman, soldier and robber but is most commonly knows as being a rapist. When he is in a civilian skin he chooses the same one always, which he claims is Larry David. He is a gang leader of The Syndicate and was a key part in organizing the gang's creation, which today claims to be the largest gang on Chillpoint. He also helps BrainToad run The United Sodomy Allegiance, The Syndicate's rape unit. He owns a house in Vinewood and has a Stafford that spawns next to his house.

Run For Mayor

On May 16th Congested announced he would run for mayor against the DCP's cantidate Fargo. Congested ran as a COC Party member. He immediatley released this tv ad for the community the day of the announcement. He went on to eventually win the race and became the first Mayor of Las Venturas. His term ended on September 2nd, 2007 moments later being assassinated while giving his resignation speech in front of a crowd of 30 players by one of his closest cabinet members, BrainToad.

Chillcomix

Congested has written and produced two series of Chillcomix, to much acclaim. Some are: "Congested and the Hole" (parts one, two, three, four, five and six) and "The Syndicate Genesis."
