The Second Great War was a war between The Syndicate and The Morrelo Family authorized by the first Las Venturas Mayor, congested. The event was also the first, and second largest, COC party event with the largest being the very successful COC Parade. The war took place on Sunday, June 10th, 2007 at 21:00 GMT+1. The war was the second major gang war following The Great War. It was also a one-time/one-day event so its scale and magnitude do not necessarily reflect that of other great wars the server has seen.

The Event

The event organized players into two teams. Team A and Team B. These teams were The Morrelos and The Syndicate, though to make the teams even some players took other sides. For example at one point Jeyo played for The Syndicate and congested played for The Morrelos.

The Syndicate won the majority of the rounds and subsequently won the war. Unlike other wars, since it was an event of "last-man standing" it was very easy to determine a winner of the war.

Dark Wolf filmed 3 videos that congested added music and titles to. These videos were a brief over-view of the battles made for practice and to advertise the war. These are the three advertisement videos.
