San Fierro is located in the western part of San Andreas. It is based on the real life city of San Francisco, California. The city is located on a peninsula and surronded on three sides by water (the ocean, San Fierro Bay and Easter Bay. Mount Chiliad is located to the south.

Landmarks

• The Big Pointy Building is the pointiest building in San Andreas and tallest building in San Fierro. From the top one can get a bird's eye view of the city, and also jump off, with or without a parachute.

• The Gant Bridge is a large orange suspension bridge connecting San Fierro to Bayside Marina over the San Fierro Bay.

• The Garver Bridge connects San Fierro to Tierra Robada and runs alongside the Kincaid railroad bridge.

• The Windy Windy Windy Windy Street is the windiest road in San Andreas. It was built as a way for cars to safely go down a very steep incline in a short distance.

• Battery Point is home to an old fort turned world class club, Jizzy's.

• The San Fierro Radio Tower is the highest point in the city and a regular target for terrorists.

• Zombotech is the headquarters of the Syndicate gang and it's Triad division can be found in the surrounding Chinatown district.

• Wheel Arch Angels and Wang Cars are the two of the best car related places in the state.
