Your Account is where your stats are stored on the server, what you use to post on the forums, and the nickname you use on the IRC.

Server

To create an account on the server you must have played for 30 minutes straight. Then you can register with /register <password>. Once your account is created, you must login every time you join and before you spawn with /login <password>. If at any time you wish to change your password you can use the command /setpass <newpassword> after you logged in.

Website

Your website account is separate from your server account. To register a website account you must click Register and follow all the steps. Your email must be valid as a confirmation will be sent there.

IRC

An account is not required on the IRC, but it is encouraged. It is not so much as an account, as a way to keep others from using your nickname and impersonating you. Once you have an account you can also be auto-voiced. To register your nickname type /ns <password> <email>. Your email is never used for anything. Then whenever you join the IRC you must identify yourself with /ns identify <password>.

Wiki

Accounts are required to edit pages on the Chillpoint Wiki, but not to view pages. If you want to work on the wiki you must create a separate wiki account.
