The Syndicate is a large and powerful gang on the server. It is an intricate organization that controls crime all over the state of San Andreas.

History

The Syndicate was formed on December 31st, 2007 with the merger of Real Thugs and Harmony and SRNX (which was a merger of SRNX, Fornicating Clowns and The Triads). The gang creation and merge was organized by MrColonist, congested and BrainToad. The former gangs that made up The Syndicate created the divisions of The Syndicate.
Dark_Wolf merged his gang, The Firm into The Syndicate in January 2007 and created the Employees division. Also in January was The Great War with The Mafia (Old School).
Dark_Wolf was promoted to a main leader of The Syndicate and the original Three became The Four on May 14th, 2007. The political party Citizens Organizing Chillpoint was created in May and its member base was mostly members of The Syndicate and Los Ouros. The SRNX division of The Syndicate was disbanded on May 19th.
The Employees and the Triads were merged in the summer of 2007, with Dark_Wolf assuming the role as leader of the new division. The Mafia (New School) started The Syndicate War in the summer and The Third Great War was fought between The Morrelo Family and The Syndicate in the fall. Los Ouros also merged with The Syndicate with Vert becoming the Representative of the new division
In February 2008 the San Fierro Alliance was created between The Syndicate and its allies, The Leone Family, The CPSP, and The Yokos. In March The Syndicate merged with The Sindacco Family.
Rankings
The Syndicate has a three tiered system of leaders to help manage the diversity of the divisions.
The Five
"The Five" are the main leaders of the Syndicate. [BT]BrainToad, congested and MrColonist were the three men responsible for the birth of the Syndicate and with Dark Wolf and Vert make up what is The Five.
Representatives
The Representatives are the leaders of the individual divisions and represent their divisions to both The Five and the rest of the world. These Reps are
- Bubber, representing the United Sodomy Allegiance
- dugi, representing Real Thugs 'N' Harmony
- Pox, representing the Triads
- [BT]_Bill, representing Los Ouros
Unit Managers
The Unit Managers are in charge of day to day operations with the divisions and controling what is going on in a smaller level. The Unit Managers are:
- spacemud is the Unit Manager of the United Sodomy Allegiance
- Sotamuumi and Xelios are the Unit Managers of the Real Thugs 'N' Harmony
- Jere is the Unit Manager of the Triads
- su_mi is the Unit Manager of Los Ouros
Divisions

The Syndicate's divisions are named for the role their unit represents. Each division specializes in certain tasks and works together as a single gang with the other divisions.
Current Divisions
- Real Thugs 'n' Harmony led by MrColonist
- United Sodomy Allegiance led by BrainToad and congested
- The Triads led by Dark_Wolf
- Los Ouros led by Vert
Former Divisions
- Loco Low's started by En3mY, sold to Congested, made a sub-division of Real Thugs n Harmony before being completely abosrbed
- SRNX was a gaming clan turned gang that started the original merger, division disbanded because of inactivity, members moved to The Triads
- Employees was Dark_Wolf's division of monetary and legal workers formerly known as The Firm, merged into The Triads
Members
The Syndicate has over 30 members and is currently one of the largest gangs on Chillpoint.
Names are removed from this list for inactivity, this doesn't mean they are out of the gang and any inactive members who return will be allowed back.

Turf
- Zombotech is Syndicate headquarters and is located in part of the larger Chinatown turf area, which is also home to The Triads.
- Grove Street is home of the Harmonies.
- Los Santos Docks is where a lot of the Syndicate's exports and imports travel through.
- Four Dragons Casino is the Triad hangout and headquarters.
- Lil' Probe Inn is the USA's headquarters.
- City Planning Department is The Syndicate's legitimate business front.
Vehicles
- The Sultan is the overall vehicle used by the Syndicate, usually painted in green.
- Quadbikes are driven by many USA members.
- A Huntley is the choice for most Syndicate convoys.
- Syndicawk 1 and 2 are the personal Maverick helicopters of The Syndicate
- Harmonies cruise the streets in their lowriders such as the Slamvan, Savanna, Blade, and Remington

Declarations of War
The First Syndicate Declaration Of War
The First Syndicate Declaration of War took place on January 15th, 2007 when The Syndicate declared war on The Mafia. This war is now known as The Great War as it was the largest war that had taken place up until that time. It involved The Mafia, The Syndicate and The Morrelo Family which at that time were the three largest powers on Chillpoint. BrainToad, congested and MrColon, "The Three", all approved the war. The January 15th, 2007 Declaration
Below is the declaration as posted in the first post of the 100th page of The Mafia (Old School)'s gang thread by BrainToad on January 15th, 2007.
Hey look a Syndicate member got the 1st post on the 100th page of the Maifa thread, how ironic. I rape your thread and I rape your gang!
I'd like to take this oppurtunity, as a representive of the Syndicate and the leader of the USA to declare WAR on the Mafia!
For too long the Mafia has been on top and their time to fall is now. For your attacks against Syndicate group, SRNX, for trespassing on the Four Dragons Hotel & Casino and just for the simple fact that the Syndicate is the best gang on Chillpoint, we declare war!
You are going down Mafia, the time of the Syndicate is now. WOOHAA!
The Second Syndicate Declaration Of War
Below is the declaration of war that started The Third Great War. The operation laid out in this declaration was named Operation BBQ'd Italians.
It is on this day, September 5th, 2007 that we, "The Four" - leaders of "The Syndicate" - have chosen to commit an act of war. This act of war is a full on plan of aggression to last a full two weeks in time before any negotiation or peace treaty will be considered.
We are declaring war on "The Morrelo Family" for their continued support of the floundering "Mafia New School" gang. "The Morrelo Family" has been more of a worthy adversary in our conflicts with "The Mafia" than "The Mafia" itself and it is for these grievances that we choose to invade and attack "The Morrelo Family" over the coming two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, on September 19th, 2007, we will negotiate a truce with "The Morrelo Family". One form of negotiation may be an event or series of events to determine the final outcome of the war, and end it.
All members of "The Syndicate" are required to participate in battle and must fight until annihilation of the opposition or death on the battle field. Attacks shall not be limited to acts of violence but also sexual acts of rape and monetary acts of robbery. Allies of the Syndicate, including "Los Ouros" are encouraged to participate in the war, and leaders of the allied gangs may also sign the treaty.
No member of "The Syndicate" shall be allowed to verbally insult members of "The Morrelo Family" or any other opponent of this war. If so, that member of "The Syndicate" risks being ejected from the gang permanently. It is expected that all members of "The Syndicate" be civil and leave the battle to the battle field, not the forums, chat box or any other medium.
It is with prepared vengeance and destruction in mind that we sign this declaration of war,
