The Hydra is the fastest vehicle in the game. It is an airplane that can do vertical take-offs/landings as well as traditional landings. This vehicle can only be used under specific circumstances. Hydras may only be used when a state fugitive is present. They may seek and destroy a state fugitive at all costs. Any other use of the Hydra would be Hydra abuse. Hydras can fire rockets. Similar to the one a hunter carries. And it also has heatflares, wich are not usefull in Chillpoint, since there are no heat seaking rocket launchers/SAM sites.
