Health is the amount of energy you have before you die. Health is decreased by being shot, being hit by a weapon or fists, being hit by a car, falling from a high distance, being caught in an explosion, catching on fire, running out of air underwater, or contracting an STD.

Health restoration
Health can be restored in a variety of ways
- Buying a drink from a Sprunk or candy from a candy machine located in every 24/7 and in other locations.
- Eating at one of the fast food joints around the state such as Cluckin' Bell, The Well Stacked Pizza Company or Burger Shot.
- Using the /eat command in your own house or gang house.
- Soliciting sex from a whore.
- Calling a medic and letting them treat you.
- Visiting the hospital and using /heal.
- Raping someone.
- Using drugs.
