In Chillpoint you may buy property and own a house. You have the option to spawn there and bank there as well as eat to restore health.

Purchasing and Selling Homes
You may buy and sell homes to the "market". You may not buy and sell homes directly to other players at this time.
/properties
Displays in-game info/help about buying and owning homes.
/buy
This command lets you buy a home that is available for sale for one day. Step into the red checkpoint in front of the home you wish to but and make sure you have enough money. If the house is for sale it will display the price.
/pay
This command is used to pay your maintenance fee. You may pay this fee for up to five days in advance. If you do not pay this fee on time then your house will be sold to the market and other people may buy it. Make sure to pay your rent at least once every five days.
/sell
Sell your home to the market so someone else can buy it. You may not own two homes at the same time.
/setspawn
You may set a house you own as your spawn point. Stand in the red checkpoint in front of your house and type /setspawn. To de-select the house has a spawn point stand in the red marker and type /setspawn again.
Entering and Exiting a house
/enter
Enter the house from its checkpoint outside.
/enter roof
Take the elevator to the roof of The Zombotech building or the San Fierro Golf Club from the elevator bay in the lobby, and the entrance to club, respectively. Medics may use this command to gain access the roof of the hospital to use a Maverick. The medic must type the command in the red checkpoint by the north entrance to the hospital.
/exit
Exit the house from the inside.
/exit roof
Take the elevator to the roof of The Zombotech building (Syndicate HQ) or SF Golf Club from inside the house.
Indoor commands for owners
If you have a home there are several commands you may use inside it.
/eat
To restore health you may eat in your house. Type /eat while inside and you will get a message with the food you ate and your health will increase.
/withdraw
Withdraw up to $50,000 from your bank account at once while inside your home.
/bank
Bank up to $50,000 from your bank account at once while inside your home.
