The Chillpoint Bar is where the people of Chillpoint go to party, drink, and buy cellphones. Any bar in San Andreas is technically the Chillpoint Bar, but the official location is the one in Eastern Las Venturas that is labeled as the Crow Bar. Inside the bar you may use the cellphone for free to talk to the IRC or buy cellphone minutes to talk on the go.
